Job description

Bennett International Transport, LLC is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives in international logistics by identifying new business opportunities, securing clients, and managing the full sales cycle.

Core Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new clients for international transportation services (ROAD, SEA, AIR, multimodal). This includes cold outreach, networking, and tender participation.

  • Develop and implement marketentry strategies to expand the companyโ€™s presence in new regions or service lines.

  • Prepare and deliver commercial offers, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts with customers and partners.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution and handover to operations.

  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance reporting.

  • Meet revenue and profitability KPIs, often including aggressive earlystage targets in startup environments.

Skills

  • 5 years of previous transportation sales experience in a Internationalย market.
  • Proven business development accomplishments and a track record
