Job Description Brand Designer Pay Rate: $40.00/hour Vacant Position Job Summary We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to help evolve and execute a visual identity across a variety of marketing channels. Working closely with the Art Director and a collaborative creative team, this role will develop engaging, on-brand creative that supports marketing initiatives while maintaining a high standard of visual craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality brand and marketing assets across email, web, social media, paid media, landing pages, print, and other digital channels. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions. Develop creative concepts and execute them through to polished final deliverables. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, and visual assets. Adapt creative for various platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives. Participate in creative reviews and contribute constructive feedback. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Maintain exceptional standards in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design quality. Qualifications 4–6 years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity, and digital marketing work. Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects is considered an asset. Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
