Job description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer to join our in-house Creative Team. This role is responsible for bringing our brand to life across all consumer touchpoints, from packaging and retail environments to digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence, and building cohesive, compelling brand assets and experiences.

This role is hybrid, 3 days in office in our San Leandro Headquarters, which is directly next to the San Leandro Bart Station.

Brand & Creative Development

  • Design, build and execute cohesive brand assets across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and highest-quality output
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of brand identity systems and visual language
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand style guides

Packaging & Product Design

  • Turn product packaging objective into high quality production-ready packaging designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets brand, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements

Advertising & Campaigns

  • Design brand and product advertising for:
    • Traditional media (print, OOH, in-store)
    • Digital platforms (display ads, paid social, web)
    • Social media campaigns
    • Activations
  • Translate marketing strategies into compelling creative concepts
  • Generate high quality image assets. focus on composition, seamless retouching and brand messaging.

Shopper Marketing & Retail

  • Develop retail and shopper marketing assets including:
    • In-store displays and merchandising materials
    • Retailer-specific creative (e.g., shelf talkers, signage)
    • eCommerce and eTail content, including product carousels (e.g., Salsify)

Digital & Content Creation

  • Retouching and composing high quality images
  • Design, storyboard and produce social media assets (static and motion)
  • Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
  • Support content creation across owned and paid channels

Asset Management

  • Organize, manage, and archive creative assets within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system (e.g, Bynder)
  • Ensure proper versioning, naming, file organization, and accessibility of brand assets
