Graphic Artist / Designer
Location: On-site | IPGI (Custom Apparel & Product Design)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience

About the Role
IPGI is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Artist/Designer to join our on-site team. This position offers the opportunity to create compelling, high-volume designs for custom apparel and products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and production teams to deliver exceptional work that aligns with client needs and brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, creative designs for apparel and custom products.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and production.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design standards.
  • Respond constructively to feedback and revise designs as needed.
  • Contribute original ideas and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Portfolio Required: A strong, diverse portfolio is essential. We value creativity and execution above formal credentials.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Additional design capabilities are a plus.
  • Efficiency & Adaptability: Ability to produce multiple high-quality designs daily in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working both independently and within a team structure.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete two design samples as part of the evaluation process. Finalists will be invited to an on-site interview to discuss their work and approach to design revisions. If selected, you could be joining the team within a week.
