Job description

Job Title: Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand Design

Location: New Rochelle, NY (On-site)
Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 Annually (Salary is contingent on candidate’s experience)
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand Design to support the development of high-impact marketing and sales materials across our portfolio of wine and spirits brands.

This role will work closely with the Marketing Director, sales teams, suppliers, and external partners to create visually compelling materials that support brand growth, supplier initiatives, retail programs, digital campaigns, and market activations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong creative skills, a passion for branding and storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver visually engaging, brand-consistent creative assets that support sales growth and elevate Tri-Vin’s overall marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Creative Development

  • Design and produce marketing and sales materials including:
    • Shelf talkers
    • Sell sheets
    • POS materials
    • Posters
    • Presentation decks
    • Digital advertising assets
    • Event signage
    • Social media graphics
  • Develop visually engaging creative assets that align with supplier and company brand standards
  • Create original concepts and layouts for print and digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all materials
  • Support creative development for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and supplier initiatives

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and retail programs
  • Assist with supplier activations, tasting events, trade shows, and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Develop sales support materials for internal and external presentations
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including website updates, email marketing assets, and social media content
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing asset libraries and brand files

Production & Project Execution

  • Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Review proofs and ensure quality control across all printed and digital materials
  • Manage project timelines and prioritize multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Assist with printing, cutting, assembly, and distribution of POS materials when required
  • Work closely with vendors and production partners to ensure timely execution of projects

Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, suppliers, marketing partners, and production vendors to execute creative projects and marketing initiatives
  • Incorporate feedback from leadership and stakeholders into final creative deliverables
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that support business objectives
  • Support the continued evolution of Tri-Vin’s visual identity and marketing presence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Art, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Acrobat Pro
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and presentation design
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding principles
  • Experience preparing print-ready production files
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience within beverage alcohol, lifestyle, or CPG industries is a plus
