About the Graphic Designer Position

If youโ€™re a Graphic Designer with a varied portfolio and a desire to create the perfect graphic for any occasion, consider applying to join our growing design team!

As a Graphic Designer, youโ€™ll be crafting a wide variety of graphics across both traditional and digital media. To be successful in this position, youโ€™ll need a creative mindset and the ability to make visions come to life through even the smallest of details.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm design ideas by talking with clients and researching relevant information
  • Draft concepts that are both visually appealing and meet the necessary requirements for a given project
  • Coordinate with fellow design team members and other teams, such as marketing and web development, as needed
  • Make edits to drafts until approval is given, explaining changes or why certain design elements wonโ€™t work well
  • Create the final graphic with software such as Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Improve upon the final design as needed after receiving feedback
  • Maintain consistency across all visual designs, adhering to branding guidelines
  • Illustrate graphics for a variety of purposes, including creating company logos, social media posts, and product packaging, making adjustments as needed depending on the medium
  • Ensure all graphics stay within budget restraints

Graphic Designer Requirements

  • BA in graphic design, fine arts, or similar field of study
