Job Details:

Experience in editing templates for various types of documentation using and following a style guide.

  • Experience in Word, Adobe Acrobat, PPT
  • Possess Document Management (CITRIX) experience
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), such as Front Range or Asanti
  • Experience in Page Layouts, Formatting documents, Quality reviews, and editing graphics, charts, and photos.
  • Repurpose product content into PDF, HTML, XML, RSS feeds, and other feeds
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Document Management (CITRIX)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) and Front Range or Asanti.
  • Support implementation and testing of new and upgraded software used in publishing.
  • Experience in conversion processes for graphic files into formats suitable for visual representation in Web and hard copy formats.
  • Knowledge of website development, content management, publication design, and graphic design.
  • Design and develop layouts and create illustrations for various online and print activities.
  • Experience in creating new and engaging designs and illustrations
  • Working closely with customers to ensure requirements for Web postings are suitably defined
  • Converting publishing products into page layout formats suitable for Web display
  • Receiving customer information and organizing the data into a professional publishing product
  • Good oral and written communication skills are also required to provide product demonstrations and relate/interpret customer business needs.
  • Candidates should possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Education:

BA. BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or other related visual arts program or appropriate experience level or equivalent related experience.
