This team operates in a highly collaborative, fast-paced creative environment where designers work alongside art directors, marketers, and other creative professionals to develop compelling communications across digital channels.

A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals, typography, visual hierarchy, digital production, and pixel-perfect Photoshop compositing is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Art Directors with the creation and production of email, in-app, push notification, newsletter, and other subscriber marketing assets.
  • Create pixel-perfect digital marketing assets that adhere to established brand and design standards.
  • Manipulate and composite key art using Adobe Photoshop for use across multiple digital communication channels.
  • Develop iterations, adaptations, and multiple versions of creative assets for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Translate established creative direction into polished, production-ready digital assets.
  • Contribute original design concepts and creative solutions for larger lifecycle marketing campaigns and pitches.
  • Incorporate creative feedback quickly and accurately while maintaining overall design quality.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, designers, marketers, vendors, and agency partners throughout the creative production process.
  • Organize, name, and maintain creative files according to established production standards.
  • Prepare and manage assets to ensure efficient collaboration between internal team members and external partners.
  • Maintain exceptional brand consistency across all subscriber communications.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting demanding production deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively throughout each phase of a project and adapt quickly when priorities or creative direction change.
  • Continuously develop creative and technical skills while exploring new approaches to digital marketing design.

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of professional experience as a Digital Production Artist, Digital Designer, Production Designer, or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Professional experience with Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong digital production skills within a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Experience developing assets for lifecycle marketing or digital customer communications.
  • Strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce pixel-perfect Photoshop compositions and manipulate key art quickly and accurately.
  • Experience creating, adapting, and versioning digital marketing assets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence.
  • Ability to work independently while also taking direction and collaborating effectively within a creative team.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to respond constructively to creative feedback and quickly adjust work based on changing direction.
  • Portfolio or examples of relevant professional work are required for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience designing marketing communications for entertainment, media, or streaming brands.
  • Experience supporting subscriber lifecycle or retention marketing campaigns.
  • Motion design or animation experience.
  • Experience working within established entertainment or consumer brand guidelines.

What We're Looking For
  • A highly skilled Photoshop user with exceptional digital production capabilities.
  • A designer with strong fundamentals in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and digital layout.
  • Someone who can manipulate, composite, resize, and version creative assets quickly without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • A detail-oriented designer who understands the demands of high-volume lifecycle marketing production.
  • A collaborative professional who can take creative direction while also contributing fresh ideas and design solutions.
