Position Overview
Our client, a leading global media and entertainment organization, is seeking a talented Digital Media Designer to support high-volume subscriber lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, in-app messaging, push notifications, newsletters, and other digital communication channels.

This is a hands-on digital production design role ideal for a designer with exceptional Adobe Photoshop expertise, strong graphic design fundamentals, and the ability to quickly manipulate, composite, resize, and version creative assets while maintaining pixel-perfect quality and brand consistency.

The Digital Media Designer will collaborate closely with Art Directors, designers, marketers, vendors, and agency partners in a fast-paced creative environment.

A professional portfolio demonstrating digital design, typography, visual hierarchy, layout, and advanced Photoshop compositing is required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Art Directors in the design and production of email, in-app, push notification, newsletter, and other subscriber-facing marketing assets.
  • Create polished, pixel-perfect digital assets that adhere to established brand and creative standards.
  • Manipulate, retouch, and composite key art using Adobe Photoshop for multiple digital channels and formats.
  • Resize, adapt, iterate, and version creative assets for high-volume lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Translate established creative direction into production-ready digital deliverables.
  • Contribute original design concepts and creative solutions for larger campaigns and presentations.
  • Incorporate creative feedback quickly and accurately while maintaining overall design quality.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, designers, marketers, vendors, and agency partners throughout the creative production lifecycle.
  • Organize, name, prepare, and maintain creative files according to established production standards.
  • Ensure assets are properly prepared for efficient collaboration with internal and external creative partners.
  • Maintain consistent branding, typography, visual hierarchy, and quality across subscriber communications.
  • Manage multiple assignments and competing priorities while meeting demanding production deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively throughout each phase of a project and adapt quickly to changing priorities and creative direction.
  • Stay current with digital design trends, technologies, and evolving creative production techniques.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Digital Designer, Digital Production Artist, Production Designer, or similar creative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required.
  • Professional proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce pixel-perfect Photoshop compositions and manipulate key art quickly and accurately.
  • Experience resizing, adapting, and versioning creative assets across multiple digital formats.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to creative quality.
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction and collaborating effectively with a creative team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to receive creative feedback constructively and rapidly adjust work when direction changes.
  • Professional portfolio or relevant work samples are required for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience designing digital marketing communications for entertainment, media, streaming, or consumer brands.
  • Experience supporting subscriber lifecycle, engagement, or retention marketing campaigns.
  • Motion design or animation experience.
  • Experience working within established consumer or entertainment brand guidelines.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Photoshop user who combines strong creative instincts with exceptional digital production capabilities. You understand typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and digital layout, but you are equally comfortable working quickly within established creative direction.
