Job Description

The Social Content Creator brings a strong creative eye, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of social platforms to develop and deliver engaging, on-brand content that elevates Raising Cane’s presence across social channels. Reporting to the Social Creative Director, this role partners closely with internal teams and external collaborators to execute content that drives engagement, supports brand priorities, and showcases the Cane’s Culture and community.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify emerging trends, formats, and opportunities to elevate social content and audience engagement
  • Concept, create, and deliver social-first content including videos, images, and text captions across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Capture and edit content on-site and in-studio, including filming, photography, video editing, and basic motion design, to support brand activations and campaigns
  • Contribute to content calendars across brand, owner, and mascot social channels
  • React quickly to moments in culture by creating timely and relevant social activations
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to execute content aligned with brand voice, visual standards, and campaign objectives
  • Develop content concepts and creative solutions that support strategic brand narratives and moments
  • Maintain content organization, versioning, and asset management to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Continuously refine creative execution through feedback, performance insights, and evolving best practices

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10%
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a social content, digital, or creative role, with hands-on involvement in creating content for social platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience creating social content from concept through production, including ideation, capture, and execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms and their creative formats, with the ability to create platform-native content
  • Demonstrated ability to translate trends and cultural moments into timely, relevant social content
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and high-quality execution across formats
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative creative environment, with strong attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to feedback and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of design principles and creative workflows
