  • Collaborate with Client Services and Strategy teams to translate campaign goals, audience insights, and client feedback into compelling creative concepts.
  • Partner with Programmatic Operations and Development teams to troubleshoot creative, tracking, trafficking, rendering, and platform-related issues.
  • Apply and validate third-party tracking, including impression trackers, click trackers, viewability/verification tags, and other measurement pixels as needed.
  • Ensure all creative units meet brand guidelines, platform specifications, file-size limits, accessibility considerations, animation requirements, and QA standards.
  • Manage multiple creative requests through a queue-based workflow, prioritizing deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Contribute new rich media concepts, interaction patterns, animation treatments, and reusable creative templates that can strengthen KORTX's go-to-market offering.
  • Stay current on digital advertising formats, rich media trends, HTML5 animation techniques, design tools, creative automation, and emerging ad platform capabilities.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, rich media production, creative technology, or a related advertising/marketing role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad campaigns, rich media units, interactive experiences, animation, prototypes, or other digital creative work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Experience with rich media or ad-building platforms such as Celtra, Google Web Designer, Studio, or similar platforms. Celtra experience is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript as applied to digital ad formats.
  • Experience with Figma for layouts, mockups, components, and collaborative design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad specs, responsive/adaptive layouts, animation timing, file-size optimization, and cross-platform QA.
