RSM is a 29-year-old Charlotte-based experiential marketing agency specializing in retail events, shopper marketing, consumer promotions, and live brand experiences. We strive to create and develop campaigns that connect consumers and brands through meaningful experiences and flawless execution.


About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Digital Designer to join us at RSM. This Digital Designer will have a strong understanding of digital design systems, interactive experiences, and emerging platforms who can create polished, engaging work that bridges brand storytelling, user experience, and visual design. This role will collaborate closely with our digital, creative, and account teams while partnering with the Junior Digital Designer.

The ideal candidate will understand how to create digital touchpoints that not only look elevated but also enhance the overall experience and strengthen how brands connect with their audiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually compelling microsites, landing pages, and interactive digital experiences for experiential and retail programs
  • Collaborate with and guide the Junior Digital Designer, ensuring a high standard of creative quality and consistency across digital work
  • Create social media graphics, branded digital assets, and campaign support materials
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and account teams to translate experiential ideas into engaging digital experiences
  • Help shape user flows, visual storytelling, and interactive moments across digital touchpoints
  • Contribute presentation visuals, digital mockups, and concept work for client pitches and new business opportunities
  • Maintain a high visual standard across all digital creative and ensure consistency across platforms and experiences
  • Stay current on emerging digital trends, interactive experiences, design systems, and modern web aesthetics
  • Help explore and evolve digital workflows, AI-enabled tools, platforms, and emerging technologies


Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, interactive experiences, microsites, social content, and modern web aesthetics
  • Experience designing in platforms such as Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modern web or prototyping tools is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and digital storytelling
  • Ability to create polished, presentation-worthy digital experiences with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong typography, layout, branding, and motion design instincts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining high creative standards and managing multiple priorities
  • Interest in experiential marketing, branded experiences, culture, and emerging digital trends
  • Comfortable contributing to both physical and digital brand experiences through collaborative, cross-functional teamwork
