Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Digital Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer looking to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, graphic design, and website content management.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, enjoys problem solving, and is comfortable working independently on a variety of creative and web-related tasks.

This is primarily an in-office position with some flexibility for occasional work-from-home days.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital marketing materials including:
    • social media graphics
    • digital ads
    • ebooks and lead magnets
    • PDFs and client documents
    • print materials
  • Make updates to client WordPress websites including:
    • updating content and images
    • formatting blog posts
    • creating or editing pages
    • managing forms and integrations
    • basic layout adjustments
  • Assist with website content production using WordPress page builders
  • Ensure designs and website updates are accurate, polished, and aligned with client branding
  • Work with internal team members to complete projects on schedule
  • Help troubleshoot minor website formatting or content issues

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of graphic design experience preferred, but strong recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Portfolio showcasing digital and/or print design work required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
  • Familiarity with WordPress preferred
  • Experience with Figma is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is helpful but not required
