The Junior Digital Designer Calvin Klein NA Marketing is responsible for assisting the creative execution of assigned projects within the Calvin Klein North America marketing group, including emails, paid media, wholesale needs, website, in-store collateral, and direct mail. The jr. digital designer will possess exceptional design skills and provide visual, branded design sensibility while working in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.

This role will work alongside with the regional North America integrated marketing teams across paid media, email, copy, retail, Loyalty, and ecommerce partners to influence and create impactful content and activations for the region.

This candidate will thrive in a consumer centric brand first culture, while working across a global/regional matrixed operating model.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide digital production support to the creative team
  • Prepare final files to deliver for creative and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure visual designs adhere to project requirements, objectives, and timelines upholding brand standards across all projects
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the creative look and feel for all cross-channel concepts
  • Possess capability to consider a range of applications and audiences for each project
  • Provide digital production support to digital creative team & NA marketing groups
  • Translate creative into a digital environment that ensures a cohesive aesthetic across all platforms
  • Partner with & support manager on day-to-day creative updates and design changes
  • Adapts global creative projects, whiles partnering closely with NA Marketing channels to create cohesive regional content, & align on meeting goals and deadlines necessary for timely delivery of projects and creative assets
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the brand's aesthetic for all cross-channel concepts
  • Keep current on emerging trends in advertising, digital designs, 360 marketing campaigns
  • Team player with positive "can-do" attitude.

What You'll Bring:

  • College degree, BFA, preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in fashion/retail creative marketing or advertising
  • Forward-thinking and anticipatory with ability to make educated decisions quickly based on experience and knowledge of business under the guidance of NA Marketing leadership. Must possess the ability to problem solve and be flexible to other's ideas when faced with challenges in everyday work flow
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects/Premier
  • Knowledge & experience in digital post-production work
  • Video editing or animation skills
  • Must be a strategic thinker and creative problem solver
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to manage multiple projects; must be detail oriented and highly skilled in time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great initiative with the ability to be a collaborative and team player
  • Able to anticipate needs and develop options
  • Superior follow through, organization, and attention to detail

Pay Range:$64,900---$87,800PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
