Job description

About Harry's
Harry's is a men's grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry's redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer's routine. Harry's is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources.
Harry's is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to "Create Things People Like More," the company is creating a new model-and home-for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples' lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.
We build brands that move fast and think big - and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.
About the team
The Harry's and Flamingo Creative team shapes how millions of people experience our brands. We're responsible for the full creative output; packaging design, advertising, photography and video production, retail marketing, digital, and social. We're a collaborative, craft-obsessed team that believes great brand work can be both beautiful and commercially sharp.
About the role
We're looking for a highly experienced digital designer who's equal parts strategic and hands-on, fluent in visual design for digital surfaces, interface design, translating branding into memorable online experiences (via website, email, and digital merchandising), and possesses a working understanding of front-end and UX principles. You think in systems, sweat the details, and can carry an idea all the way from rough concept to shipped product.
You'll design the direct-to-consumer web experience for Harry's, turning a brand with a real point of view into digital work that looks great, feels considered, and moves the business forward.
This role drives the creative visual expression of the Harry's brand in digital, particularly across our website and email presence. Working in close partnership with UX and Product, this designer will define how our digital experiences look and feel across our US and International properties.
You'll sit on our Brand Creative team, reporting to the Design Director and partnering closely with the DTC team, contributing to the digital experience that brings Harry's to life online.
What you will accomplish
  • Develop strong digital concepts grounded in brand, UX, and UI-and make the case for them clearly, both in visuals and in words.
  • Turn Harry's brand strategy, identity, and visual systems into a distinctive Digital experience across DTC, Amazon, Marketplaces, email, and other interactive touchpoints.
  • Define and evolve the visual design language, storytelling principles, and creative direction that shape how the Harry's brand comes to life across our Digital ecosystem, in partnership with UX, Product, and Digital Merchandising.
  • Spend most of your time designing-from early concepts and prototypes through polished UI, email, digital merchandising, and final handoff.
  • Craft brand-led experiences where UI, motion, and content work together, with accessibility and UX baked in from the start.
  • Design with conversion, merchandising, and the customer journey front of mind, balancing brand expression against commercial performance and letting testing inform your calls.
  • Explain your thinking with clarity and confidence in presentations, reviews, and conversations with stakeholders.
  • Own the quality of your work across projects, managing your own time and priorities as you move between pages and features-while staying receptive to direction from senior designers while helping establish a high bar for digital craft through design critiques, systems thinking, and mentorship of junior designers.
  • Partner closely with Brand Creative, UX, Product, Engineering, and Brand Marketing to ensure brand storytelling and visual execution complement customer experience and commercial goals.
  • Add to a team culture built on critique, iteration, and genuine care for craft.

This should describe you
  • You bring 5+ years in digital design, product design, or a related field-agency, in-house brand, or e-commerce.
  • Your portfolio shows end-to-end digital work (concept, UX, UI, visual design, interaction, prototyping) and the kind of detail that separates good from excellent.
  • You're sharp on typography, layout, UI design, interaction design, and visual storytelling. Motion or deeper brand experience is a bonus.
  • You tie design decisions back to business goals and customer needs, and you can defend them to stakeholders.
  • You know how to build and evolve design systems, modular UI, component libraries, and style guides.
  • You're highly proficient in Figma-including prototyping and interactive workflows-and comfortable in modern, collaborative design environments.
  • You do your best work in iterative environments where teams share early and often.
  • Experience designing for e-commerce or DTC (Shopify or similar) is a strong plus.

Benefits and perks
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k match
  • Equity in Mammoth Brands
  • Flexible time off and working hours
  • L&D stipend
  • 4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years
  • 20 fully paid weeks off for parents who give birth, or 16 fully paid weeks off for all other paths to parenthood
  • Fun IRL and virtual events including happy hours, team building events, and parties on our rooftop
  • Free products from our family of brands

The Mammoth Brands' working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. Can't forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!
We can't quantify all of the intangible things we think you'll love about working at Mammoth Brands, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you'll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $91,000-$120,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
