Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to develop engaging, high-impact digital experiences that support our brand, email marketing, paid media, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role combines strong visual design skills with hands-on experience creating responsive HTML email campaigns and digital creative across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and technically capable, with a strong eye for brand consistency, typography, layout, and digital user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-impact, branded email designs and supporting digital graphics

• Design digital creative for paid media and integrated marketing campaigns

• Build and optimize responsive email files

Process & Schedules:

• Adhere to schedules and ensure all deadlines are met

• Partner with marketing and creative teams to transform strategy into visual assets on tight timelines

• Manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail

Efficiencies & Opportunities:

• Use AI-assisted design tools to improve workflow efficiency

• Continually seek opportunities to improve workflow and find efficiencies

Knowledge & Skills:

• Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

•Proficient understanding of Klaviyo email platform
