Job description

Digital Designer II As a Digital Designer II, you'll be an essential part of our growing design team, contributing to the execution of eCommerce marketing initiatives across digital channels. You will work closely with the Senior Design Manager leading the creation of compelling assets for our monthly eComm calendar, support all D2C functions including retail, and help bring the brand to life through thoughtful, high-performing design. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow within a fast-paced, brand-driven company. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-impact digital assets for eCommerce, including the website, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid media.
  • Lead in the ideation, art direction and design system for D2C product launches, exclusive drops and hot market.
  • Provide advanced design and marketing support to our retail channels in the form of signage and any other visual support tool.
  • Support execution of monthly eComm marketing calendars by delivering creative solutions that align with business goals and brand standards.
  • Oversee production work across D2C marketing channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Senior Design Manager and cross-functional partners (eComm, Product, Sales, Retail and Content teams) to translate marketing needs into visual solutions.
  • Maintain organized files and adhere to established processes for asset delivery and archiving.
  • Stay current on digital design trends and eComm best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual expression.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency) preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated digital and eComm design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Advanced understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
  • Experience managing junior designers.
