Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality, on-brand creative for websites, email, paid and organic social media, digital advertising, integrated campaigns, presentations, print collateral, signage, and other marketing needs.
  • Develop campaign creative including contest branding, hero graphics, promotional graphics, landing pages, email assets, social ads, and supporting campaign materials.
  • Drive creative from concept and creative strategy through final production using strong design principles, visual storytelling, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Adapt creative across multiple brands, channels, sizes, and placements while maintaining consistency, accessibility, and production efficiency.
  • Support website design from a creative perspective, collaborating with Ecommerce and Marketing Technology partners on WordPress implementation, page builders, landing pages, responsive layouts, and site enhancements.
  • Actively use AI-powered creative tools throughout ideation, design, image creation and enhancement, production, versioning, and other appropriate workflows.
  • Apply AI responsibly while maintaining brand standards, accuracy, and creative quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative quality, efficiency, and scalability through AI, automation, templates, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with the Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and visual approaches that support marketing and business objectives.
  • Help create and refine creative briefs defining objectives, audiences, messaging, deliverables, and channel needs.
  • Contribute ideas, mood boards, and visual exploration; participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
  • Design multiple permutations of creative to support testing efforts for social and digital advertising, utilizing industry best practices.
  • Use conversion and performance data to inform creative decisions and iterations.
  • Support video editing, motion graphics, animation, graphic overlays, and other dynamic content as skills and project needs allow.
  • Develop assets for short-form video, social media, digital advertising, and integrated campaigns in collaboration with internal content creators and creative partners.
  • Apply and help maintain brand standards across Breckenridge Grand Vacations and its portfolio of brands.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files and review proofs or externally produced creative for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain organized creative files, templates, and assets while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively across Marketing and other internal teams, agency partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Stay current on graphic and digital design, web design, motion, AI-assisted creative production, software capabilities, and industry best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience and demonstrated capabilities may be considered.
  • Two or more years of professional graphic or digital design experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across digital channels (web, social media, digital advertising, email, and integrated marketing).
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency with modern AI-powered creative tools, including Adobe Firefly and other generative AI tools used for image generation, editing, ideation, and creative production.
  • Working proficiency with Figma or comparable collaborative digital design and prototyping tools.
  • Experience preparing and optimizing creative for websites, email, social media, digital advertising, and print production.
  • Working knowledge of responsive web design, digital accessibility, image optimization, and user experience principles.
  • Proficiency with Mac-based creative workflows and general business productivity and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong graphic and digital design skills with an understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate objectives, ideas, and creative briefs into compelling visual solutions across digital and print channels.
  • Strong digital-first design mindset with an understanding of responsive web design, landing pages, email marketing, social and digital advertising formats, lead generation creative, user experience, and evolving platform best practices.

  • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or comparable video editing, motion graphics, and animation software.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, including the ability to create, update, and maintain digital pages and landing pages.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (advanced web development or programming is not required).
