Job Description: We are seeking for a Digital Analytics & Tagging Analyst to support enterprise digital measurement, analytics, and customer experience initiatives across web and mobile platforms. This role combines expertise in digital tagging implementation with data analytics and business insights generation, enabling accurate measurement of customer journeys, and digital engagement.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Digital Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics teams to define tracking requirements, implement analytics solutions, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable business insights. The role requires strong experience in digital analytics platforms, tag management systems, data governance, reporting, and advanced data analysis techniques. 
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain digital analytics tracking across web and mobile applications.
Develop and manage tagging solutions using:  Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch (AEP Launch), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), tagging specifications, and measurement frameworks.
Define and implement tracking for customer journeys, digital interactions, acquisition funnels, campaigns, and conversion events.
Partner with development teams to ensure accurate deployment of analytics requirements.
Analyze digital behavioral data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and recommendations.
Perform customer journey, conversion funnel, engagement, and channel performance analysis.
Develop KPI dashboards and executive scorecards using tableau
Support A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.
Monitor data quality and identify tracking discrepancies.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and Business Analysts to enable advanced analytics and predictive modeling use cases.
Ensure alignment between digital metrics and enterprise KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong Digital Analytics and tagging skills - Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform Launch, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Workspace, Google Analytics / GA4
Experience with dotcom and mobile app analytics (iOS and Android).
Experience in SQL and data analysis techniques.
Knowledge of Adobe Target and personalization strategies.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI reporting platforms.
Experience implementing digital measurement solutions.
Familiarity with customer journey analytics and digital funnel analysis.
5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, Data Analytics, or Digital Measurement.
3+ years of hands-on experience with digital tagging and analytics implementations.
