Job description

Job Summary:
Tesla is a leader in electric vehicles and energy solutions, and they are seeking a Sr. Digital Performance Analyst to optimize the Web and Digital Customer Experience for Tesla Energy across North America. The role involves analyzing web performance, recommending UX improvements, and supporting campaign planning and data activation.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze web page performance and features and optimize for customer conversion and interaction
• Recommend improvements to Tesla Energy’s digital UX based on your analysis of web traffic data
• Design and conduct A/B tests on Tesla Energy pages
• Evaluate Tagging and Tracking on Energy pages to ensure compliance and consistency
• Recommend new marketing initiatives given outcomes of experiments and data analysis
• Deploy impact analysis of business process changes on customer UX and recommend improvements
• Provide marketing spend optimization recommendations based on attributed sales data
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-5 years experience working at an Enterprise Level in web analytics, digital marketing analytics, digital data science, or related field
• Expert Level understanding of BigQuery and ability to write custom, efficient, SQL against large data stores
• Depth in pulling and blending data from Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics and Google Ads within a BI tool (Looker Studio, Tableau)
• Expert Level understanding of GA4 (Funnels, Customer Flow, Attribution Logic)
• Expert Level understanding of Google Tag Manager and the ability to test pages for correct tagging
• Design and execute A/B tests for web pages and use basic statistical tools for web optimization (EG: significance tests, linear regression, time series analysis)
• Excellent ability to design, deploy, and analyze website UI/UX changes, and their impact on customers and within digital channels
