  • Partner with stakeholders on data ownership, stewardship, and compliance
  • Support regulatory and security requirements (PII, GDPR, role-based access)

Analytics, Reporting & AI Readiness

  • Design data structures optimized for Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics
  • Enable downstream use cases for Einstein, AI, and advanced analytics
  • Support Data Cloud and Customer 360 initiatives where applicable

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, including 3+ years in a data-focused role such as Data Architect or Senior Data Specialist
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce object modeling, schema design, security model, and data access controls, governor limits.
  • Proven experience with data migration strategies and tools, as well as supporting multi-system, enterprise-level environments
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience with ETL and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend, or Informatica
  • Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
  • Experience handling large data volumes.
  • Knowledge of data modeling tools (ERWin, Lucidchart, etc.)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities, with professional written and spoke

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Data Architect, Integration Architect, Platform App Builder, or equivalent

  • Consulting or professional services background
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Exposure to AI, analytics, or advanced data initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem
Why You'll Love Working Here
