Job description

About The Bureau

The Bureau produces fashion week across three global markets - New York Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, and Los Angeles Fashion Week. Hundreds of designers per season. 12,000-15,000+ guests in the room and millions more watching digitally. Our mission: open the global runway to the talent and brands shaping what's next.

We're headquartered in the Greenville, SC area and work primarily in person - speed comes from being in the room. This is not a spectator job. We're in hyper-growth, we sell tickets and tell stories year-round, and we're hiring the team behind every show.

The Role

Every visual The Bureau puts into the world will run through you. Paid ads on Meta. Email campaigns. Instagram and TikTok. Landing pages. Show programs and step-and-repeats. Right now our creative converts - your job is to make it undeniable. You'll set the visual standard for a fashion brand and hold every channel to it.

This is a hands-on, high-output role for a designer who is obsessive about typography, fluent in performance creative, and knows that a Meta ad, a launch email, and a runway invitation are three different crafts that must feel like one brand.

What You'll Own

Paid social (Meta, Google, emerging channels)

  • Design and iterate ad creative built to convert - statics, carousels, and variant sets for testing
  • Work inside proven creative formulas while pushing the aesthetic bar higher every cycle
  • Turn performance data into design decisions: know your winners, kill your losers

Email & SMS

  • Design campaign and lifecycle email templates - launches, nurtures, event countdowns, recaps
  • Build a modular email design system that renders beautifully across clients and devices
  • Art-direct the visual rhythm of a year-round send calendar across three markets

Organic social

  • Create daily feed, story, and short-form assets for Instagram and TikTok
  • Design templates and toolkits so event-week content ships fast without losing polish
  • Elevate designer spotlights, show announcements, and ticket drops into scroll-stopping work

Web & landing pages

  • Design landing pages, ticket pages, and campaign microsites that sell
  • Maintain visual consistency between ads, emails, and the pages they drive to

Brand & event collateral

  • Own and evolve the brand system - type, color, layout, motion principles
  • Design event materials: invitations, credentials, signage, show programs, sponsor assets
  • Build brand guidelines the whole team (and our partners) can actually use
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of graphic design experience with real, shipped work across paid ads, email, and social - not just one channel
  • A typography obsessive. Your portfolio proves you can make type-driven layouts sing. (We live in Bebas Neue and Playfair Display - you should feel at home there.)
  • Fashion or luxury editorial sensibility. Your work could sit next to a Vogue Runway feature or a luxury campaign without flinching
  • Performance-literate. You understand CTR, thumb-stop, and conversion - and you don't treat "it converts" and "it's beautiful" as a trade-off
  • Fast and prolific. Six launch cycles a year plus always-on channels means volume without excuses - and without sacrificing craft
  • Systems thinker. You build templates, kits, and guidelines, not just one-off heroes
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Motion design (After Effects) and photo retouching are strong pluses
  • Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows. We use generative and automated tools for speed - you supply the taste they can't
Nice to Have
  • Motion graphics / short-form video editing
  • Photography or on-set art direction experience
  • Experience designing for live events (signage, environmental, print production)
  • Familiarity with email development constraints (dark mode, client quirks)
Why This Role
  • Your work headlines three of the biggest fashion weeks in the world
  • Millions of impressions per season across paid, organic, email, and in-venue
  • Direct line to leadership - no layers between your work and the decision
  • Hyper-growth company: new markets, rapid promotions, room to build the creative team under you
Logistics
  • Based in the Greenville, SC area
  • Travel to show markets (New York, Paris, Los Angeles) during event weeks
  • Salary + benefits commensurate with experience
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
