  • Identifies capacity constraints, process improvements, and resource needs while implementing solutions that improve team effectiveness.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partners with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Program teams, and business stakeholders to develop effective visual communications solutions.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between internal clients and the Visual Communications team to clarify project objectives, expectations, priorities, and timelines.
  • Coaches, mentors, and develops graphic designers and media specialists through ongoing feedback, performance management, and professional development.
  • Coordinates external creative vendors, printers, photographers, videographers, and other production partners as needed.
  • Maintains organized libraries of templates, digital assets, and production files to promote efficiency and brand consistency.
  • Promotes organization-wide understanding and adoption of ACHC brand standards and best practices for visual communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Media Arts, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in graphic design, creative services, or visual communications.
  • 3+ years of experience leading creative professionals, managing design teams, or supervising creative operations.
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic visual concepts that support business and marketing objectives.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise brand standards.
  • Experience managing creative workflows using Monday.com or similar work management/project management platforms.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and operational leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
