Position Summary

The Art Director is an entry-level creative professional responsible for supporting the development and execution of visual communications that promote the organization's healthcare services, brand, mission, and patient-focused initiatives across our network of clinics. This role collaborates with marketing, communications, operations, human resources, and clinical teams to create engaging digital and print materials that enhance brand awareness, patient engagement, employee communications, and community outreach efforts.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow their design skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing and communication materials, including:
  • Flyers and brochures
  • Posters and signage
  • Social media graphics
  • Email marketing assets
  • Presentation templates
  • Recruitment materials
  • Event and community outreach materials
  • Internal communications graphics
  • Assist in maintaining and enforcing organizational brand standards across all visual assets.

  • Edit and resize existing creative assets for multiple platforms and audiences.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Education

Experience
