Company Overview

The Senior Product Manager, Marketing/Digital Products, will define and deliver high-impact capabilities that power marketing enablement, digital analytics, and personalized customer experiences across app, web, and marketing channels. This role will lead the strategy and execution of platforms that enable campaign orchestration, actionable insights, and real-time personalization.

This role requires a blend of product strategy, data fluency, and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable business outcomes. This position will serve as a key connector between Marketing, Engineering, Data, and UX teams to ensure our ecosystem is optimized for growth, engagement, and efficiency.

Additionally, this role will effectively organize resources appropriately to achieve business outcomes and impact change across the digital ecosystem. 


Job Details

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define product vision and roadmap for marketing support tools, content management systems, digital analytics, and personalization capabilities
  • Align roadmap with business goals across marketing, digital, and customer experience
  • Establish success metrics tied to campaign performance, engagement, and conversion

Marketing Enablement & Personalization

  • Build and enhance capabilities for campaign management, segmentation, targeting, and omnichannel activation
  • Drive personalization strategies across app, website, email, and paid/owned channels
  • Partner with marketing teams to improve campaign velocity, targeting precision, and ROI

Analytics & Data Product Ownership

  • Own strategy for event tracking, tagging, and analytics frameworks across app and web
  • Ensure accurate collection and accessibility of customer behavior data and digital interactions
  • Partner with data teams to deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights that inform decision-making

Performance Optimization & Experimentation

  • Leverage A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize personalization and campaigns
  • Continuously improve tools and workflows based on performance data and user insights

Cross-Functional Execution & Communication

  • Collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and external partners to deliver initiatives § Manage scope, priorities, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives § Present product strategy, insights, and performance to senior leadership 

Qualifications

• Strong ability to define and communicate product strategy across marketing, analytics, and personalization domains
• Experience building and managing product roadmaps for data-driven and customer-facing platforms
• Deep understanding of digital analytics (event tracking, tagging, KPIs)
• Experience with marketing technology ecosystems (CMS, CDP, DAM, marketing automation, analytics tools)
• Proven ability to translate complex marketing and data needs into scalable product solutions
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights and drive action
• Excellent communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities

Requirements/Experience Must Haves: 

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product management experience; experience in marketing platforms, analytics, or personalization required
• Strong experience with digital analytics, tagging frameworks, and user behavior tracking
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, CDPs, marketing automation platforms, or similar
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong analytical and data skills; SQL or similar experience preferred
• Experience building or scaling personalization or segmentation capabilities strongly preferred
• Retail or digital commerce experience preferred

This is a remote role. Compensation is $130,000
