Job description

Flexible hours (during 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday) 20 hours a week would be sufficient to perform the following.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Accounts Payable - Track, scan and input all expenses & pay bills

• Accounts Receivable - follow-up to ensure timely collection of all receivables

• Work with owner for accurate income statement

• Understand HR policies and help handle some HR-related issues

• Protect operations by keeping financial and HR information confidential
