Note: This position will receive an additional $2 per hour outside of posted pay range for working in a resort area.
Wage $17.15-$19.06 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  • A Bookkeeper follows bookkeeping procedures in all departments by working with management, department managers and all team members involved in this process.
  • Balances books, prepares deposits, and accounts for cash, handling and counts money accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Through monthly meetings and notes, keeps channels of communication open between top management and store operations regarding bookkeeping functions.
  • A Bookkeeper maintains adequate and appropriate department records and supplies at all times; including reports, tickets, passes, licenses, coupons, checks, billing, etc.
  • A Bookkeeper identifies bookkeeping errors made by others; corrects them and provides retaining.

MINIMUM AGE: 18 Years
PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS
Work is generally performed in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to hot or cold conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries. Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location.
