A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A VIRTUAL CREDIT UNION TELLER
For our members you will be the first point of contact. Your positive attitude as you greet members will go a long way with our loyal customers. As an ambitious learner and team member, you will eagerly take on all service opportunities. You will be responsible for performing a broad variety of member services via a Virtual Teller/Video Chat environment; such as:
  • Checking account balances
  • Transferring funds
  • Calculating interest
  • Assist members with bookkeeping and checking account issues and concerns
  • Answer member questions regarding Credit Union services provided
  • Perform a variety of account maintenance
  • Cross-sells credit union services
  • Assists or refers members to the appropriate employees or departments with any and all questions or problems that arise
  • Support member video teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency while adhering to all established teller procedures.

BANKING WORK SCHEDULE FOR A VIRTUAL TELLER
This full-time Virtual Teller position in member services offers a set scheduled shift of: Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with an occasional 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM some Saturdays are required from 8:45 AM to 2:15 PM. You would always have your Saturday evenings and all day Sunday free!
