Parts Advisor
We are seeking a knowledgeable and reliable Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing the correct parts for their vehicle, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking incoming and outgoing parts, conducting regular inventory checks, and updating inventory systems
- Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with the service department to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
- Keep abreast of product updates, industry trends, and new technologies in order to provide the best possible service to customers
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming parts shipments
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
