Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories for vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by receiving, stocking, and organizing parts efficiently.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory and place parts orders as needed to ensure availability.
  • Use dealership management software to look up parts, manage inventory, and maintain customer records.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on automotive parts and accessories to support customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians receive parts promptly for repairs.
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Assist in handling incoming shipments and verifying quantities against invoices.
Qualifications:
