PARTS SALES ADVISOR
We have an immediate opening for a Parts Sales Advisor. This position is responsible for selling parts to customers over-the-counter and over-the-phone to both wholesale and retail customers and providing necessary parts to the Service Department.
Some duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts
- Navigate the EPC (Electronic parts catalog)
- Provide pricing and product information to customers
- Place orders for out-of-stock parts requested by customers
- Assist in taking inventory
- Help maintain parts stock in orderly condition
- Answer telephone promptly
Job Requirements:
- Requires automotive experience (parts or mechanical)
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to our valued clients
- Must be friendly and professional when working with customers as well as with co-workers
- Motivated, energetic team player
- Some heavy lifting required
