Strata-G is seeking an experienced On Site Recruiter with the following:
Summary:
  • At least 3 years of significant recruiting experience, preferably in the federal contracting or military sector.
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems including BreezyHR and Microsoft Office.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent acquisition.
  • Able to develop a strong online presence on platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Willing to travel out of state for recruiting purposes including job fairs and recruiting sessions. Work may be required outside of normal business hours for job fairs.
  • Builds applicant sources to meet corporate goals.
  • Tracks key talent metrics.
  • Experience with applicant tracking software, preparation of job postings, resume screening, telephone screenings, initiation of background screenings, I-9s, and drug screens.
  • Knowledge of EEOC/AAP, VETS, and DOL requirements.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and perform all duties with the utmost attention to detail while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Responsive to corporate requests on a timely basis.
  • Strong process orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with applicants.
  • Commitment to integrity, service, and quality.
  • U.S. citizenship is a requirement.
