Staffing Recruiter
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Staffing Recruiter for a company based in Nashville, TN. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed) Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00pm as needed.

Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruit and source qualified candidates.
  • Screen applications and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure appropriate job placement.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, and overall fit for available positions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace concerns and employment-related matters.
Staffing Recruiter Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook..
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, or related experience preferred.
