Job description

Job Description:

The Business Process Analyst will serve on our BPA team working directly with the customer. We are trusted advisors to the customer on business process reengineering, process optimization, implementation, change management, and data visualization. In short, we help the customer achieve efficiencies and help enable their mission. We interact with the customer daily to understand their asks, their initiatives, and how we can best support. We create process flows, leadership briefings, and visualizations. We conduct analysis on their processes to inform these products for delivery to the customer. We also support with facilitation of their senior leadership offsites, as well as focus groups and working groups. We work collaboratively with the customer to implement these efficiencies and achieve optimization. We are trusted and relied on by the customer to help on some of their most complex and challenging issues. This role will involve all of these functions, but will especially involve coordinating across groups to establish and maintain program schedules and action tracking.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in the following areas:
    • Business process analysis and support.
    • Developing and maintaining project management and administrative artifacts, namely schedules and action lists.
    • MS Office (specifically Word and PowerPoint).
  • 1+ year of experience in the following area:
    • Program governance, including the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of standard operating procedures.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Agile management principles.
  • Experience with MS Project.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and storage platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence).
  • Understanding of accounting and payroll systems and processes.
  • Experience with customer HR functions.

Security clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.
