Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Business Process Analyst who thrives on improving efficiency, solving complex problems, and delivering enterprise-level impact. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to analyze, define, and enable end-to-end business processes through next-generation enterprise applications supporting daily operations within our Less Than Truckload (LTL) Transportation Division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of LTL carrier operations and associated enterprise systems

  • Analyze current-state processes and define future-state ("to-be") business processes

  • Translate operational and business needs into clear functional requirements, use cases, and user stories

  • Collaborate closely with software development teams throughout the solution lifecycle

  • Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and outcomes

  • Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and support operational efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements

  • Experience crafting user stories, managing backlogs, and documenting process flows

  • Experience developing business cases for IT initiatives

  • Experience working with software engineering methodologies

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

  • Experience within the LTL or logistics industry
