Job description

A P&G Business Support Analyst/Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Reviews the process requirements by communicating with the clients or users.
  • Assists in documentation of client requirements for the product developers to initiate a business plan or design and develop a product.
  • An associate business analyst also identifies the opportunities to expand the scope of business by adapting new policies and systems.
  • Participates in the testing and launching of new systems; products; services and solicits feedback from end users to suggest improvements.
  • Interacts with clients to identify their requirements and expectation from a product or service and provide feedback to staff.
  • Involved with training for clients and staff.
