Job Description
Location: NYC (Hybrid - at least 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and work on Credit Markets IT projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools and be passionate about modernizing and optimizing the US Credit Markets platform.
Role and responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to capture business needs and turn them into clear technical requirements for IT integration
  • Analyze complex data flows from multiple sources to improve data quality and consistency across teams
  • Build reports and dashboards that give management and partners actionable, reliable insights
  • Support the integration of internal tools into the Credit Markets ecosystem, including deal checklist automation and data reconciliation
  • Write detailed functional specs and use cases to keep development teams aligned with business goals
  • Participate in testing and validation of new features, making sure everything lands in line with business requirements

Qualifications
  • +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Credit Markets or financial services
  • Solid understanding of fixed income products and credit market operations
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation and business intelligence tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiar with agile methodologies and project management practices
