What will your day look like?

As a Business Process Analyst, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of business systems, workflows, operational processes, and cross-functional interactions

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, employee satisfaction, and business performance

• Analyze current-state processes and recommend practical, sustainable improvements

• Lead and support business process improvement initiatives using Lean, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence principles

• Research industry best practices and evaluate opportunities to enhance organizational processes

• Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement solutions that address operational challenges

• Develop strategies and recommendations that improve process quality, efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness

• Support the launch of new products, services, and business processes through operational planning and readiness activities

• Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures, and process maps

• Lead process-focused projects and operational improvement initiatives using project management best practices

• Facilitate process improvement workshops and Kaizen events involving multiple stakeholder groups

• Build frameworks, tools, and standard work documentation that support continuous improvement efforts

• Monitor outcomes and measure the effectiveness of implemented process improvements


You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor''s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Up to 5 years of experience in business process analysis, operations management, process improvement, or related roles

• Proven experience identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Experience facilitating discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project coordination abilities

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

• Experience documenting workflows, business processes, and operational procedures

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience using process mapping tools such as Visio or similar applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities


Nice-to-Haves

• Experience leading process improvement initiatives or operational transformation projects

• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, Lean workshops, or continuous improvement programs

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar process improvement methodologies

• Experience supporting operational readiness and organizational change initiatives
