  • Outpatient responsibilities only
  • Bi-lingual Arabic / English a must
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Monday " Friday
  • No nights, no weekends
  • Small patient panels for consistency and focus
  • 12-15 patients per day
  • Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
  • Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
