- Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician
- Make an impact on seeing the underserved population
- Germantown - Less then 10 miles north of Philly
- Full-time permanent Outpatient Only position
- Monday - Friday No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)
- Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
