The Role

We're looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our Product Development team in Los Angeles. This is an entry-level role where you'll keep our office running smoothly day to day, and be the go-to person for every product sample that comes through our doors. You'll get hands-on experience in product development, working alongside a team that's passionate about bringing trend-forward, functional beauty products to life.

What You'll Do
  • Keep office supplies stocked and the office running smoothly
  • Handle daily office tasks that keep the team organized and on track
  • Receive, log, and organize samples from suppliers around the world
  • Review samples and share your insights with the Product Development team
  • Photograph and distribute samples to teams across PD, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Creative
  • Visit our warehouse as needed to pick up or drop off samples
  • Keep the sample room organized and easy to navigate
  • Join sample review discussions and share your feedback
  • Pack and ship samples to teammates and retail partners
  • Take on other projects as they come up
What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in office coordination, showroom management, or logistics
  • A degree in (or strong interest in) Fashion Merchandising or Product Development
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms like ShipStation, FedEx, or DHL
  • Ability to lift and move sample crates (up to 20–30 lbs)
  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Great communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Bonus: experience in Apparel, Beauty, or Accessories
