Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team at Courthouse Club Fitness. You will design web pages, email campaigns, signage, and print materials that reflect the Courthouse look and feel, while also managing the day to day content and community on our social channels. This role is for someone who can move between a layout program and a content calendar with ease, who has a sharp eye for design, and who understands how to translate a brand voice into visuals people want to engage with. If you love design, enjoy building community online, and want your work seen across five clubs and thousands of members, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Layout
  • Design digital and print materials including flyers, signage, email templates, and web graphics
  • Support web design and page layout updates for courthousefit.com
  • Maintain and apply brand standards across all visual materials

  • Capture photo and video content at club locations and events
  • Respond to comments and messages in a way that reflects the Courthouse voice
  • Track engagement and performance, adjusting content strategy as needed
  • Stay current on social media trends and platform best practices

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Experience with web design and layout tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Reliable, organized, and collaborative

Preferred Skills:
  • Portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work
  • Experience shooting and editing photo or video content
  • Background in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and community

Benefits:
  • Competitive pay
  • Complimentary Courthouse Club Fitness membership plus discounts on services
  • Healthcare benefits (based on eligibility qualifications)
  • Opportunities for growth within the Courthouse team
  • Supportive, community driven work environment
  • Access to five club locations across the Salem and Keizer area

Information:
