Job Summary
HireFrontier is hiring a creative, customer-focused Graphic Design & Client Support Specialist who can design compelling visuals and deliver great service to clients and candidates alike โ a hybrid role supporting recruiting, marketing, and front-office needs.
Responsibilities
โย ย ย Design digital and print marketing materials: ads, social graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, and more
โย ย ย Work directly with clients, candidates, and recruiters to understand branding goals
โย ย ย Prepare production-ready artwork meeting quality and brand standards
โย ย ย Organize and archive design files for easy retrieval
โย ย ย Use Adobe Creative Suite or similar to create and revise materials
โย ย ย Manage social platforms with engaging recruitment-focused graphics
โย ย ย Support employer branding and promotional campaigns
โย ย ย Greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to email inquiries professionally
โย ย ย Handle basic admin and data entry tasks
โย ย ย Coordinate with recruiters/account managers to align materials with campaigns
โย ย ย Support other projects and duties as assigned
