Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for Marketing Analyst for a position located in Denver, Colorado or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Marketing Analyst will support commercial Demand-Side Management (DSM) programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and program requirements. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Marketing Analyst Responsibilities: Update and maintain marketing materials, including program collateral, promotional content, and customer communications. Review rebate applications for accuracy and completeness before submitting them to the rebate processing team.

Manage multiple program inboxes, responding to inquiries and coordinating communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program execution and ensure the timely completion of marketing and operational tasks. Monitor program workflows and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements of the Marketing Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in a regulated industry or in a customer service-focused role; utility industry experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience with Salesforce is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
