We are seeking a hard-working, motivated Rebates Analyst to work with a fast growing Accounting and Finance team – reporting directly into our SVP of Revenue Operations & Treasury.

As a Rebates Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and managing rebate programs within the company. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate calculation, processing, and reconciliation of rebates in accordance with contractual agreements and company policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, interpret contracts, and communicate findings. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:   

  • Interpret and understand rebate contracts to ensure accurate calculation and processing of rebates.
  • Accurately and timely process rebate invoices with a focus on completeness
  • Ensure compliance with rebate agreements, terms, and conditions.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve issues and address concerns related to rebate programs.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and IT teams to gather necessary data and ensure accurate rebate calculations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve rebate processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline rebate management processes.
  • Document the process and workflow of individual rebate programs.
  • Maintain organized and up to date records of all rebates related documentation, including contracts, invoices, project specifications, and correspondence. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in rebate management, finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of rebate processing systems and software is a plus.
  • Proven experience in K12 education data management and analysis, with a strong understanding of educational data systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
