Job Description

We are seeking data-savvy and business-oriented data analysts to join our analytics team. These roles are critical to driving acquisition and deepening strategies through data insights, experimentation, and performance tracking. You'll work closely with our growth studio, product, digital and technical teams to uncover opportunities, optimize processes and enhance customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working on big data/analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company

  • Acquires data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis

  • Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action

  • Interprets data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Proficiency in data organization, data manipulation and statistical analysis utilizing Excel, SQL and Python

  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

  • Exposure to the Azure Synapse Analytics cloud service

  • Understanding of database structures and data warehousing concepts

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively convey analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry

*This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
