Data Analyst

Join Fintech in Tampa, Florida as a Data Analyst! We're looking for a detail-driven Data Analyst to join our Data Governance & Quality team. In this role, you'll be the guardian of our enterprise data, ensuring it's accurate, consistent, and high-quality. You'll work closely with teams across the organization to apply governance rules, monitor data health, and drive improvements that make our data more reliable and valuable. If you thrive on solving problems, building strong relationships, and leading through complexity then this role is for you.

Essentials Functions:

  • Ensure our data is accurate, complete, and consistent across systems.
  • Apply governance and regulatory requirements in daily work.
  • Monitor data quality, identify issues, and drive solutions.
  • Define data quality standards and best practices.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external teams.
  • Anticipate needs, communicate proactively, and clarify complex situations.
  • Mentor team members and champion inclusive collaboration.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and process improvements.
  • Balance quality with efficiency to meet business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or related work.
  • Strong knowledge of data definitions, metadata, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • SQL experience a plus.
