We are working with an innovative payments technology company looking for a hands-on Payments Business Analyst to join their growing Product team. It requires someone who can work closely with Product and Engineering teams to gather requirements, write user stories and functional documentation, and support the delivery of payment solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' Business Analyst experience within Banking, Payments, or FinTech.
  • Strong hands-on Fedwire experience is essential.
  • Experience with RTP/FedNow and SWIFT is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 message mapping and payment specifications.
  • Proven experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and working throughout the SDLC.
  • Payments platform or FinTech experience preferred.

Please note: This role requires someone with deep, hands-on knowledge of payment rail workflows, particularly Fedwire. Candidates with purely strategic Product Owner backgrounds or high-level payments exposure will not be suitable.
