Client Services Business Analyst
Position Summary:
The Client Services Analyst supports AccessGenius, a multiplatform pharmaceutical cost and coverage application, serving as a lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements. The role oversees projects from concept through launch, ensuring solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee and implement project plans from initial creative design to launch, making sure the application meets client requirements.
  • Coordinated the Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams under the guidance of the Client Services Manager, ensuring timely delivery and high product quality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to develop content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions, as well as training materials and testing procedures.
  • Work with the Client Services Manager to prepare client presentations, meeting summaries, and action items.
  • Work closely with clients to handle any modifications to the application's deliverable process.
  • Organize meetings with the Product Delivery, Application, Delivery Enablement, and Client Services teams, as well as relevant subject matter experts, when required.
  • Work with Client Service Manager to understand "why" and "how" projects are identified, initiated, executed to provide client value and facilitate your learning and career growth
  • Execute final internal Application Testing prior to client verification
  • Remain up to date on all active projects, including general statuses, next steps and future client needs
  • Resolve client inquiries or route to appropriate team for resolution and ensure appropriate client communication to close the issues
  • Apply a systematic method to analyze and resolve problems; lead issue resolution and implement solutions.

Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
  • Bachelor`s degree in Health Care or Business
  • 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals (ideally working for a Market Access Agency)
  • Expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review systems and approval processes

Other Required:
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace, brands, and data inputs
  • Working knowledge of Market Access
  • Project Management Software, Figma or other design software

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
