Description:
Mandatory Qualifications:
1.Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst
2.Seven or more years of client focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation including: working on a team of Client, conducting requirements gathering sessions, analyzing requirements gathered, Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment, preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements elicited.
3.Minimum of two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Child Support in a Health and Human Service setting.
Desirable Qualifications:
1.Seven (7) or more years of experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and system requirements for large-scale modernization projects, including analysis of legacy systems, business rules, and complex functional domains, with a focus on the Human Services Child Support domain.
2.Seven (7) or more years of experience conducting business process analysis and creating requirements documentation, including As-Is/To-Be process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and wireframes using requirements management tools such as Blueprint or similar.
3.Seven (7) or more years of experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and workgroups to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support the delivery of web-based, client-facing applications.
