Job Description

As a Business Analytics Manager, you will oversee all aspects of business analytics across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality insights and consistent analytical practices. You'll lead a team of site-level analysts, support operational leaders with strategic reporting, and champion the adoption of modern analytics tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is ready to take ownership of analytics strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of site-level analysts, including recruiting, training, and professional development
  • Set the vision and standards for analytics practices across the region or sector
  • Validate and improve analytical processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and business value
  • Collaborate with site leadership to identify opportunities for performance improvement through data
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Guide the design and implementation of data pipelines (ETL) from diverse sources
  • Promote data literacy and tool adoption through knowledge-sharing and training sessions
  • Act as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) to deliver customized analytical solutions
  • Stay current with analytics trends and apply best practices to enhance reporting and automation
  • Support site startups by implementing analytics frameworks and tools
  • Serve as a key point of contact for analytics community initiatives and Power BI governance


Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience, required
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, required
  • Proven experience leading analytics teams or managing cross-functional analytics projects, required
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and DAX expressions, required
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R, required
  • Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with structured and unstructured data sources, required
  • Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and modern analytics methodologies, required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of analytics tools, required
  • Ability to work fully onsite if role is based out of a warehouse, required
