The Opportunity

For more than 35 years, Chris-Tel Construction has partnered with public and private clients across Florida to deliver award-winning projects through Construction Management, Design-Build, and General Contracting services. As we continue to grow, weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented, technology-focused professional to strengthen our business intelligence, reporting, and analytics capabilities.


As our Business Analytics Specialist, youโ€™ll manage the Business Development Departmentโ€™s CRM, KPI reporting, analytics, and business intelligence functions. Youโ€™ll transform complex data into actionable insights, develop executive dashboards, improve reporting processes, and use artificial intelligence and automation to increase operational efficiency. If youโ€™re passionate about data, emerging technology, and helping leaders make informed business decisions, weโ€™d love to hear from you.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Receive, verify, consolidate, and analyze KPI reports and CRM data before executive reporting.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, business development scorecards, and KPI reports.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
  • Generate pipeline forecasts, sales performance analytics, and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze business trends to support strategic planning, departmental accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Administer the Companyโ€™s CRM and maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable data.
  • Monitor CRM compliance and establish standardized data-entry and reporting processes.
  • Provide CRM training, user support, and best-practice guidance.
  • Use artificial intelligence platforms to improve research, reporting, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows that streamline repetitive business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate CRM administration, reporting, and business intelligence activities.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Train employees on approved AI tools and best practices, as appropriate.
  • Research competitors, market trends, industry developments, bid opportunities, and economic activity.
  • Perform win/loss analyses to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports for leadership meetings.
  • Support departmental initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.


Who You Are

  • A business analytics, CRM, or business intelligence professional with at least three years of experience supporting business development, sales operations, CRM administration, or analytics.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experienced with HubSpot CRM or a similar customer relationship management platform.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Advanced in Excel, reporting, business intelligence, and dashboard development.
  • Proficient with business AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or comparable tools.
  • Knowledgeable about prompt engineering and the effective use of AI in a business environment.
  • Able to transform complex business data into clear executive reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Construction industry experience is preferred.
