About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analytics Analyst to support the Commercial Planning & Analytics function. This is an early-career role, ideal for someone looking to build a foundation in sales/revenue analytics within a fast-growing, PE-backed company. You will support reporting, dashboarding, and ad-hoc analysis that helps Commercial leadership make data-driven decisions.

This role reports to the Director, Commercial Planning & Analytics, within Sales Operations.

What You'll Do

Reporting & Dashboards

Build and maintain self-service dashboards used by GTM leaders

Support the cadence of recurring reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

Assist in report automation and consolidation efforts to reduce manual work

Analysis & Insight

Conduct ad-hoc business analyses in support of Commercial leadership requests

Pull, clean, and organize data from multiple systems (CRM, BI tools, spreadsheets) for analysis

Support KPI tracking and help maintain KPI definitions and documentation

Planning Support

Assist with data pulls and modeling support for territory, quota, and capacity planning cycles

Help prepare materials for planning and forecast review meetings

Cross-Functional Support

Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership to gather requirements and validate data

Support the Director in preparing materials for executive and board-level reporting

Must Have

BA/BS degree required (Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field)

1-2 years of experience in an analytical, business operations, or finance role

Proficiency in Excel; comfort working with large datasets

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) or strong willingness to learn quickly

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Curious, self-starting mindset - comfortable asking questions in a still-forming function

Preferred

Experience with SQL or another query language

Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)

Prior internship or coursework in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics

Interest in growing into a broader Sales/Revenue Operations career path
