Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Metrics/Analytics Analyst to transform business data into actionable insights that support sales strategy and operational excellence. The role focuses on data acquisition, analysis, integrity management, metrics development, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and manage business and sales data to support strategic objectives.
  • Develop, quantify, and evaluate business metrics and performance reports.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and effective data management.
  • Apply analytical techniques and tools to generate actionable business intelligence.
  • Implement established software quality strategies and processes for small projects.
  • Collect and publish defined project metrics and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and work with moderate guidance to support business goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of business metrics, data analysis, and analytical techniques/tools.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Working knowledge of at least one software quality discipline.
