We are looking for Systems Analyst - Remote for our client in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $53.00hr - $58.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 6-10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or combined BSA/QA role, with a strong focus on healthcare data systems.
  • 4-6+ years of experience working with healthcare domains, including claims, Prior Auth, Interoperability, and Correspondence.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in requirements gathering, translating complex healthcare business processes into functional and technical specifications, and managing end-to-end traceability.
  • 4-6+ years of hands-on QA experience, including test strategy, test planning, and execution for data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and downstream reporting systems.
  • 3-5+ years of advanced SQL experience for data validation and reconciliation.
  • 3-5+ years of experience validating large-scale healthcare datasets, ensuring accuracy across claims, Prior Auth, Interoperability, and Correspondence workflows.
  • 2-4+ years of experience working with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, PHI handling, and ICD/CPT codings.
  • 2-3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities:
