Role: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA

My client is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst contractor to assist our client in their Enterprise Project Management Office
The Senior BA will ensure that requirements of business clients are captured correctly before a solution is developed and/or implemented. The Senior BA will play a key role in ensuring an overall project successfully meets client needs. The Senior BA will report to the Managing Director of Risk and have day-to-day activities and assignments coordinated by the Lead BA.
  • Identifying business needs and defining feasible solution scopes.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand their working environments as well as underlying needs and concerns.
  • Identifying all business, technical, product, and process requirements.
  • Analyzing and understanding "current state" processes to ensure that the clients and project team understand the context and implications of change.
  • Working with the client to prioritize and rationalize requirements.
