100% REMOTE POSITION

TITLE: Reimbursement Business Analyst ย 

DEPT: Reimbursement

LOCATION: System Support

SHIFT: 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Reimbursement Business Analyst is responsible for providing analytical, project management, and operational support to the Reimbursement & Chargemaster Departments. The role supports Medicaid supplemental and state directed payment programs, cost reporting activities, and broader reimbursement initiatives through financial analysis, compliance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. This position develops and maintains reporting tools, monitors key reimbursement metrics, assists with audit preparation and regulatory documentation, and supports budgeting and contractual analysis. The Reimbursement Business Analyst also evaluates workflows, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and serves as a liaison between Reimbursement, Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, IT, and operational departments to support accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement optimization
